Chocolate Chip Cookies
2 C. shortening
1 C. sugar
2 C. brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. salt
5 C. flour
1 bag chocolate chips
Nuts optional (I like them my kids don't)
Cream first 4 ingredients, then add remaining and mix well. Bake at 350 for 6-8 minutes.

These are the BEST chocolate chip cookies I've ever had.
I wish I could take credit for them, but I got the recipie from my mom.
